Randomized controlled trials suggest that supplementation with omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3PUFAs) may favorably modify cardiometabolic biomarkers in type 2 diabetes.  This CPEU course comprehensively assesses the effect of n-3PUFA supplementation on cardiometabolic biomarkers including lipid profile, inflammatory parameters, blood pressure, and indices of glycemic control, in people with T2DM.
