CEU Course Description
Enteral nutrition (EN) is a common method of nutrition support for hospitalized patients with intact gastrointestinal function who are unable to eat or whose nutritional requirements are not satisfied with an oral diet. This CEU course investigates the effect of fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols (FODMAPs) content in EN formula on gastrointestinal intolerance and nutritional status in hospitalized patients receiving EN.
