CPEU Course Description

Capsaicinoids (CAPs) found in chili peppers and pepper extracts, are responsible for enhanced metabolism.  This CPEU course evaluates the effects of CAPs on body fat and fat mass while considering interactions with body habitus, diet, and metabolic propensity.
